Who we are
A local company, not a franchise
Classic Roofing LLC is a family-run roofing contractor based in the Coachella Valley, working across it and out through the Inland Empire, Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. We hold California Contractors State License Board licence #1086883, and thirty years of hands-on roofing behind the crews we send out.
The company is led by Hector, and most of what we do comes down to a simple idea: your home or your building is the most valuable thing you own, and the roof is the part of it that everything else depends on. Sun and storm damage in the desert is slow and quiet. It causes problems that plague people for years before anyone notices — and by then the repair bill has multiplied.
So we lead with inspections rather than sales. We photograph what we find, put it in writing, and let people decide with real information in front of them. A large share of our work arrives by referral from customers we told not to replace their roof.
What we actually do
Residential and commercial roofing at every damage level: free inspections, insurance claim documentation, repairs, partial tile replacement, full tear-off and reroof, flat and low-slope systems, elastomeric coatings, skylights, and scheduled maintenance. Tile, shingle, torch-down, capsheet, hot-mop — the whole range that desert buildings use.

Including when the truth costs us the job. A roof with years left gets maintenance, not a sales pitch — and the customer remembers who told them so.

Full systems, correct flashing, new boots, the right underlayment. Shortcuts are invisible on the day and obvious three summers later.
