- We confirm a time We call back to agree a window that suits you. You do not need to be home for most inspections.
- We inspect and photograph Usually 30–60 minutes on a house. We document everything we find, including the parts you cannot see.
- You get it in writing Photos, findings, priorities and an itemised estimate. Then it is your call, with no follow-up pressure.
