How we support a claim
We inspect and document the damage thoroughly, produce measurements and a written scope of the repair required, and provide the photographs that carriers ask for. When the adjuster comes out, we can be there to walk the roof and make sure the damage is actually seen.
What we do not do is invent damage. If wear and age caused your roof to fail rather than a covered event, we will tell you that before you file — a denied claim on your record helps nobody.
What to do after a storm
Photograph anything visible from the ground, note the date of the weather event, keep receipts for any emergency mitigation such as tarping, and get an inspection promptly. Carriers commonly limit how long after a loss you can report it, and the evidence gets weaker with every week that passes.
